Welcome to fulltankSA. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and fuel payment services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to fulltankSA; "User", "you", or "customer" refers to any person using our Services; "Platform" refers to our website, mobile application, and digital systems; "Fuel partner" refers to affiliated fuel stations authorised to provide fuel via our platform; "Account" refers to your registered user profile on the platform.
Service Description
FulltankSA provides South African motorists with a flexible refuelling and payment service, allowing customers to refuel their vehicles with petrol or diesel at participating fuel stations, pay for fuel digitally via the platform, track fuel spend and transaction history, and access live fuel pricing information across regions.
Account Registration
To use our Services, you must register and create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. FulltankSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Payment Terms
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are made via the platform using approved payment methods. You authorise fulltankSA to charge your chosen payment method for all transactions. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Transaction records will be made available through your account dashboard.
User Obligations
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, to ensure your account information is up to date, and to comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations when using our Services.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and data on the platform are the property of fulltankSA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from fulltankSA.
Limitation of Liability
FulltankSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any loss arising from fuel price fluctuations, system downtime, or third-party failures.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Amendments
FulltankSA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, specifically within the jurisdiction of Gauteng.
PayFast Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. By submitting payment information, customers authorise the transaction to be processed by PayFast in accordance with applicable payment processing and security standards. Payments are subject to PayFast's terms and conditions.
