Cancellation Policy

Transaction Cancellations
Once a fuel transaction has been initiated and fuel dispensed, it cannot be cancelled. Transactions that have been authorised but not yet executed may be cancelled within the platform within 2 minutes of initiation.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your fulltankSA account at any time by contacting support or through the account settings in the app. Upon cancellation, all outstanding balances must be settled before the account is closed.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a subscription plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon account cancellation, access to the platform and all associated Services will be terminated. Transaction history will be retained for a period of 5 years in accordance with South African financial regulations.
